Release forms have been uploaded to the competition site at https://scilympiad.com/nv. You will find three forms that need to be completed. All forms must be signed and uploaded prior to the tournament on Saturday, March 25, 2023.
2023 Coach Acknowledgement (one per school)
2023 Team Roster (one per team)
2023 Liability Release (one per student)
You can find the required documents on the Head Coach Dashboard by selecting the Documents for Head Coaches link under the Compliance heading.
You can upload the completed forms by selecting the Upload Documents link on the Head Coach Dashboard. You will need to upload the following documents with the identified naming conventions below.
2023 Coach Acknowledgement-School Name
This file should only contain the signed 2023 Coach Acknowledgement (one per school).
2023 Releases-Team Number
This file should contain one signed team roster form followed by one student release for the number of students on the team (1-15 students per team).
