The NVSO Board is actively searching for a qualified individual to step into the role of State Director. Please note that in order to host a state competition in 2027, a replacement State Director must be found. If this vacancy is not filled, the NVSO 2027 tournament will unfortunately not be held.

 

To maintain the absolute integrity and neutrality of our competitions, the NVSO Board has established the following criteria for applicants:

 

Higher Education Affiliation: The candidate must hold an affiliation with a College or University.

No Active Team Affiliations: The candidate must not be affiliated with any active Science Olympiad team within the State of Nevada.

Volunteer Position: Please note that this is a non-paid, volunteer position driven by a passion for supporting STEM education.
